Boron trifluoride (BF3) is a highly corrosive gas widely used in industry. Confining BF3 in porous materials ensures safe and convenient handling and prevents its degradation. Hence, it is highly desired to develop porous materials with high adsorption capacity, high stability, and resistance to BF3 corrosion. Herein, we designed and synthesized a Lewis basic single-crystalline hydrogen-bond crosslinked organic framework (HCOF-50) for BF3 storage and its application in catalysis. Specifically, we introduced self-complementary ortho-alkoxy-benzamide hydrogen-bonding moieties to direct the formation of highly organized hydrogen-bonded networks, which were subsequently photo-crosslinked to generate HCOFs. The HCOF-50 features Lewis basic thioether linkages and electron-rich pore surfaces for BF3 uptake. As a result, HCOF-50 shows a record-high 14.2 mmol/g BF3 uptake capacity. The BF3 uptake in HCOF-50 is reversible, leading to the slow release of BF3. We leveraged this property to reduce the undesirable chain transfer and termination in the cationic polymerization of vinyl ethers. Polymers with higher molecular weights and lower polydispersity were generated compared to those synthesized using BF3 ⋅ Et2O. The elucidation of the structure–property relationship, as provided by the single-crystal X-ray structures, combined with the high BF3 uptake capacity and controlled sorption, highlights the molecular understanding of framework-guest interactions in addressing contemporary challenges.  相似文献

A planar, transparent, and adaptable nanosieve device is developed for efficient microalgae/bacteria separation. In the proposed method, a sacrificial layer is applied with dual photolithography patterning to achieve a 1D channel with a very low aspect ratio (1:10 000). A microalgae/bacteria mixture is then introduced into the deformable PDMS nanochannel. The hydrodynamic deformation of the nanochannel is regulated to allow the bacteria cells to pass through while leaving the microalgae cells trapped in the device. At a flow rate of 4 μL/min, the supernatant collected from the device is indistinguishable from a control solution, indicating that nearly all the microalgae cells are trapped in the device. Additionally, this device is capable of single cell auto-fluorescence tracking. These microalgae cells demonstrate minimal photobleaching over 250 s laser exposure and could be used to monitor hazardous compounds in the sample with a continuous flow. This method will be valuable to purify microalgae samples containing contaminations and study single-cell heterogeneity.  相似文献

为了解决能源危机与环境污染问题,发展一种可再生的清洁能源至关重要.太阳能是一种取之不尽用之不竭的清洁能源,而氢气是一种良好的能源载体.利用太阳能光电催化水分解制氢,是一项有望能够解决能源与环境问题的技术,具有很大的应用前景.其中,氧化铁因为具有合适的能带位置与带隙、良好的稳定性与廉价无毒等优点,成为一种理想的光阳极材料.但是,在实际的测试中,氧化铁仅仅只能得到一个较低的光电转换效率,这可能是因为其较短的空穴扩散距离、较低的电导率以及极度缓慢的水氧化反应动力学所致.整个光电催化水氧化可分为三个过程,即光吸收过程、电荷分离过程以及表面空穴注入过程.这三个过程的效率共同决定了器件的太阳能转化效率.鉴于此,本文将从如何提高这三个效率的角度出发,总结近期研究报道中提高氧化铁光电催化分解水效率的一些策略.光吸收过程是指半导体中价带的电子在吸收具有一定能量的光子后发生跃迁,产生空穴-电子对的过程.其光子的损失主要来源于光的反射、透射以及半导体吸收边的限制.提高光吸收效率的主要策略包括制备具有特定纳米结构的氧化铁电极、利用表面等离子体共振效应以及组成双光吸收系统和掺杂等.电荷分离过程指的是受光激发产生的空穴电子对,在内建电场的作用下发生电荷分离,即光生空穴流向电极表面,光生电子流向半导体内部并从外电路导出.电荷分离效率的损失主要来源于光生载流子在迁移过程中的复合.因此,为了提高电荷分离效率,常见的策略是提高载流子在电荷分离过程中的复合时间τ1和减少电荷迁移到表面(空穴)或者基底(电子)的时间τ2.具体的策略包括制备特定的纳米结构(缩短体表相距离,减少τ2)、构建异质结(增强能带弯曲,提高τ1和减少τ2)、掺杂(减少τ2)和钝化复合中心(提高τ1)等.表面空穴注入是指到达表面的光生空穴发生水氧化反应生成氧气的过程.除了空穴注入外,表面还可能存在复合与逆反应过程.因此,为了提高表面空穴注入效率,我们既可以提高水氧化反应动力学,具体的手段包括引入水氧化催化剂、F掺杂和碱处理等;也可以采用减少复合反应的策略,具体的方法包括引入钝化层、酸处理和高温热处理等;还可以采用减少逆反应的方法,最常见的手段就是在基底与氧化铁层之间引入电子阻挡层.上述三种途径都能提高表面空穴注入效率.最后,通过结合上述的一些策略,目前得到的最高性能的氧化铁电极在1.23 V(相对于可逆氢电极)能够达到6 mA cm?2的光电催化分解水电流,但这个值依然明显低于氧化铁的理论值(12.6 mA cm?2).这可能是由于体相复合所致.除此之外,氧化铁表面的水氧化机理现在依然不清晰,这些都是需要我们在未来解决的问题.  相似文献

基于密度泛函理论(DFT)研究了CH_3OH在M@CNTs(M=Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Fe_2、Co_2、FeCo)表面吸附和初步裂解机理.在M@CNTs表面CH_3OH裂解存在C-H、C-O、O-H 3条可能路径.我们计算了CH_3OH及中间体在CNTs和M@CNTs表面的吸附能,并计算了3条可能路径下的相关反应热和活化能.计算结果表明,CH_3OH在CNTs和M@CNTs表面是物理吸附,O-H键断裂是最有利的路径,其在不同催化剂表面的活化能顺序是CNTs(1.60 eV)、Cu@CNTs(1.57 eV)、Ni@CNTs(1.38 eV)、Co@CNTs(1.11 eV)、Fe@CNTs(1.10 eV)、Fe_2@CNTs(1.06 eV)、Co_2@CNTs(1.00 eV)、Fe Co@CNTs(0.76 eV),即Fe Co@CNTs可作为CH_3OH初步裂解的有效催化剂.  相似文献

While alkyl-substituted siloxanes are widely known, virtually nothing is known about perfluoroalkyl siloxanes and their congener species, the silanols and silanolates. We recently reported on the tris(pentafluoroethyl)silanide ion, [Si(C2F5)3], which features Lewis amphoteric character deriving from the pentafluoroethyl substituents and their strong electron-withdrawing properties. Transferring this knowledge, we investigated the Lewis amphoteric behavior of the tris(pentafluoroethyl)silanolate, [Si(C2F5)3O]. In order to examine such Lewis amphoteric behavior, we first developed a strategy for the synthesis of the corresponding silanol Si(C2F5)3OH, which readily condenses at room temperature to the hexakis(pentafluoroethyl)disiloxane, (C2F5)3SiOSi(C2F5)3. Deprotonation of Si(C2F5)3OH employing a sterically demanding phosphazene base allows the characterization of the first example of a dimeric triorganosilanolate: the dianionic hexakis(pentafluoroethyl)disilanolate, [{Si(C2F5)3O}2]2−, implies Lewis amphoteric character of the monomeric [Si(C2F5)3O] anion.  相似文献

Image-guided photodynamic therapy (PDT) has received growing attention due to its non-invasiveness and precise controllability. However, the PDT efficiency of most photosensitizers are decreased in living system due to the aggregation-caused singlet oxygen (1O2) generation decreasing. Herein, we present an Iridium (III) pyridylpyrrole complex (Ir-1) featuring of aggregation-induced emission (AIE) and 1O2 generation characteristics for image-guided PDT of cancer. Ir-1 aqueous solution exhibits bright red phosphorescence peaked at 630 nm, large Stokes shift of 227 nm, and good 1O2 generation ability. The 1O2 generating rate of Ir-1 in EtOH/water mixture solution is 2.3 times higher than that of Rose Bengal. In vitro experimental results revealed that Ir-1 has better biocompatibility and higher phototoxicity compared with clinically used photosensitizers (Rose Bengal and Ce6), suggesting that Ir-1 can serve as a photosensitizer for image-guided PDT of cancer.  相似文献

A gold-catalyzed synthesis of polyfluoroalkylated oxazoles from N-propargylamides under visible-light irradiation has been developed. These reactions display excellent compatibility of radicals and gold catalysts under visible-light irradiation. Mechanistic experiments indicate that polyfluoroalkyl iodides play a dual role in enhanced compatibility of radicals and gold catalysts through assisted protodeauration of vinyl gold and reactivated the gold catalyst. In addition, PPh3AuNTf2 not only activates N-propargylamide to generate vinyl gold intermediate, but also greatly promotes homolysis of polyfluoroalkyl iodides under blue light irradiation.  相似文献

The successive projections algorithm (SPA) is widely used to select variables for multiple linear regression (MLR) modeling. However, SPA used only once may not obtain all the useful information of the full spectra, because the number of selected variables cannot exceed the number of calibration samples in the SPA algorithm. Therefore, the SPA-MLR method risks the loss of useful information. To make a full use of the useful information in the spectra, a new method named “consensus SPA-MLR” (C-SPA-MLR) is proposed herein. This method is the combination of consensus strategy and SPA-MLR method. In the C-SPA-MLR method, SPA-MLR is used to construct member models with different subsets of variables, which are selected from the remaining variables iteratively. A consensus prediction is obtained by combining the predictions of the member models. The proposed method is evaluated by analyzing the near infrared (NIR) spectra of corn and diesel. The results of C-SPA-MLR method showed a better prediction performance compared with the SPA-MLR and full-spectra PLS methods. Moreover, these results could serve as a reference for combination the consensus strategy and other variable selection methods when analyzing NIR spectra and other spectroscopic techniques.  相似文献
